For out of town guests, there is a new Super 8 motel across the street from
the Corvette Museum. Built only 2 years ago, it features an indoor
pool and hot tub, free Internet, free phone calls, and free breakfast.
A limited number of rooms are blocked off under the name "MMRA". The
special rate is $69.95/night. To book, call 270-781-4900.
Information
For 2008, MMRA is going first class as we have rented the entire National
Corvette Museum for our awards banquet. We will have full access to
all exhibits in the museum (although they are still "look, don't touch").
The evening will begin with a full banquet dinner prepared by a local
restaurateur who prepares good homestyle cooking with delicious desserts.
As you finish your dinner, you can roam through the museum for a bit before
retiring to the Corvette Theatre where the awards ceremony will be held.
It is a classy venue where all our racers will be brought on stage to
receive their awards. The top 5 in points in all divisions will
receive custom embroidered Hoosier jackets, with other MMRA awards such as
Rookie of the Year, etc. to be presented. This is our finest venue yet
for the MMRA championship banquet, and we hope you can come join us for the
